QBI Has Become SIP
In 2008, Amway Global / Quixtar offered an exciting slate of incentives
designed to help more IBOs earn more money faster
through the QBI -- Quixtar® Business Incentives program.
The IBOAI recommended to the Corporation that they
extend the program into 2009, and here it is!
As promised, Amway Global is extending the program to fiscal 2009. And
all the most popular incentives – from cash to
invitation-only conferences held in fabulous
destinations – are returning. But Amway Global is making
a few changes, including a new name: Sales Incentive
Program, or SIP.
What
Continues
When the 2009 SIP launched on September 1, 2008, the
program continued to provide all these incentives:

Free shipping for customers on all qualifying orders placed year-round.

Free shipping for IBOs on all qualifying orders placed in the first three
full months – along with a $50 Cash Award for each
of those months (max. of $150)

20% Extra PV for all IBOs.

Annual cash awards:
Q-3 – $1,000, or
Q-6 – $5,000, or
Q-12 – $20,000

Platinum Plus for those who reach 10,000 – 12,499
Ruby PV – entitles you to receive an extra 2% on
your Ruby BV.

Platinum Elite for those who reach 12,500 Ruby PV or
above – entitles you to receive yet another 2% on
your Ruby BV for a total of 4% bonus on your Ruby BV
and of course those who qualify Ruby at 15,000 Ruby
PV still get the 2% paid from the plan for a total
of 6% of your Ruby BV.

Emerald Mentors Incentive, which pays out $150,000
to in-market Founders Emeralds after two consecutive
years.

Diamond Mentors Incentive, which pays out $500,000
to in-market Founders Diamonds after two consecutive
years.

Invitations to business conferences, ranging from
New Platinum Conferences to Executive Diamond Club!
What Changes
New to the SIP for fiscal 2009:

IBOs no longer need to complete the
Welcome to Quixtar Orientation to
qualify for the $50 Cash Award.

As planned, Emerald Growth Incentive that was only
offered in 2008 has been discontinued.
The name has changed, but the result is the same: more
rewards for more people. Start setting your SIP goals

successful year yet!
