Partnering
and profiting
Partnership is a core strength of our business.
The spirit of partnership is important for
every Independent Business Owner's (IBO's)
success – with his or her sponsor, upline,
Quixtar, and with each other.
That spirit is
obvious when
Quixtar
consults with IBOs at different levels of
leadership for input on everything from products
and promotions to rules and rewards. And a big
part of that input comes from the Independent
Business Owners Association International
(IBOAI).
For example, at
the IBOAI Board's last meeting, we brainstormed
with
Quixtar staff
on new ways to inject extra profitability
through products, promotions, and rewards. Yes,
the 2006 Quixtar Business Incentives (QBI) has
already launched, but was it still possible to
enhance the program?
Because the spirit
of partnership, the answer was an indisputable
"yes." And
Quixtar
announced not just one but three enhancements to
this year's QBI program:
-
New cash for requalifying Platinums.
Qualify with
at least one more month over last year when
you requalify at Platinum and earn a special
Platinum Growth Incentive (PGI). The new PGI
Cash Awards range from $2,000 to $5,000.
-
Achievers may be closer than you think.
There are now
two more ways that you can qualify to attend
Quixtar's
biggest business Conference.
-
Peter Island is calling you back.
The goals
have been reset for Diamonds in 2006, so the
Peter Island Business Conference may be in
your future.
With six
months remaining in the fiscal year, you still
may be able to capitalize on one of these
enhancements. First, check out the details
online at
www.quixtar.com
> Quixtar & the Opportunity > Quixtar Business
Incentives. Then summon up your own spirit
of partnership with your business team and go
for it!
Strengthening the
partnership between IBOs, their organizations,
and
Quixtar is of
key importance to the IBOAI. When we work with a
common purpose toward shared goals, the power
and potential of this business is unmatched.
Like everything else in the business – from the
big strategic initiatives to those day-to-day
issues – partnering can definitely lead to
profiting.
