The Awards & Recognition Committee receives any
proposed change to
Quixtar
Inc.'s Independent
Business Owner (IBO)
awards programs. These proposed changes may be submitted by
Quixtar Inc.
or by individual Independent Business Owners. The Committee
evaluates the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs,
and makes a recommendation to
Quixtar Inc. as to whether it should be
adopted or rejected.
The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to IBO
awards and submit them to
Quixtar Inc.
along with a recommendation for adoption.
